Syntax

	this IEnumerable<T> a,

a: Type: System.Collections.GenericIEnumerableT
The IEnumerableT to attach to.
start (Optional): Type: SystemInt32
The initial index to count from.

Type: IEnumerableTupleT, Int32
An IEnumerableT of TupleT1, T2, the second element of which is the index.
