Get an IEnumerableT that has member at start replaced with cover members.

this: Type: System.Collections.GenericIEnumerableT
The IEnumerableT to cover.
cover: Type: T
The IEnumerableT to cover with.
start (Optional): Type: SystemInt32
The index of the cover.

Type: IEnumerableT
this overlayed with cover at index start.
